Canvas' of Identity

MaeSteal x Artists welcome you to an insight into the multifacetedness of identity.

A showcase into a range of young individuals highlighting how they perceive themselves and others, whilst examining how identity is presented in an expressive manner. Giving voices to those within Tāmaki Makaurau, to exhibit themselves and present an insight into who they are, resulting in an exploration of experimental art and design. Through showcasing individuals and their physical artworks, our mission is to unravel the authenticity embedded within different artists' backgrounds, cultures, communities, spirituality, and personal identity. Intricately merging mediums to create an understanding of an artist's essence within their artistic journey.
