SSBD: Book Launch - Outsider by Jade Du Preez

Join us to celebrate the launch of Jade Du Preez's debut novel Outsider, by Edina Publishers.

Outsider is a contemporary novel set in Japan and New Zealand that follows the connections between a light installation artist, a video game-obsessed businessman, a writer who refuses to speak, and the star of a gender-bending host bar. Jade was the winner of the Peter Wells Short Fiction Contest in 2016.

The launch is held upstairs at Time Out Bookstore in Mt Eden - note that the space is not wheelchair accessible. The event will open with a performance from local musicians 紅音 Akane.
