SPIRITUAL AWAKENING

This is a vegetarian shared lunch followed by Ancestor Circle with time for each person to speak. Hosted by Rainbow Awakening. While this is a Men Who Love Men event, Rainbow Awakening holds events throughout the year for all queer community and allies. So we welcome enquiries from all people. We offer a shared meal for LGBT+ community every day of the year. This is our Pride Festival gathering to celebrate Lughnasadh, the ancient nature festival from Europe that honours the transition from summer to autumn.

Men who love men have stood as spiritual guardians in pagan, earth-based and indigenous cultures worldwide for tens of thousands of years. For Takataapui this means having a place to stand in the traditional whakapapa. We come together to reclaim our Spirit.

Members will share their experience of Kerensapowes: The Way of Love and Rest. This is a meditation retreat modality for any committed couple who have been together at least a year. Singles welcome at this event. By offering the body limitless loving energy and limitless rest in a nature hut outside of Auckland, we have experienced profound healing and spiritual awakening.

Entry is by Koha / Donation.
